Our Story

Proptiply provides property consulting services and organises property education investment workshops. We are also the creator of the Proptiply Board Game – a powerful, fun and unique way of mastering property investing concepts through simulated real-life scenarios.

Run by Ernee and Jelene, Proptiply aims to educate and empower aspiring property investors to attain their life goals through prudent and sound property investing principles. This is achieved by translating knowledge into compelling strategies in order to achieve stable returns while minimising risk.

Our story

“The seeds for Proptiply were sown more than a decade ago when we embarked on our personal property investment journey. The early years were marked by no fixed investment strategy. We made the best of the available resources and knowledge that we had at that point in time.

Financed through a combination of personal savings and bank loans, we managed to purchase several private and industrial properties in Singapore and abroad.

After a series of trial and error throughout the years, we finally fine-tuned our methods into a winning investment strategy that has enabled us to collect positive cash flow from the properties we own.

Intrigued by our achievements, friends reached out to us in order to learn the secrets of our success. We met up with them during lengthy one-on-one sessions to share our strategies. Through these sessions, we realised that more people can benefit from sound property investment.

It was also then, that the idea for the Proptiply Board Game was born. Based on real-life property scenarios, the Proptiply Board Game facilitates experiential learning and enables participants to grasp investment concepts through simulated play.

Participants learn from their investment mistakes by getting “burnt” in the board game, instead of in the real world. We have received positive feedback from participants that they have enhanced their knowledge and skills through this type of experiential learning. They know what to look out for and what they should do before they dive into the real world of property investment.

We are blessed to have personally coached and help many friends gain their first properties through minimal resources and safer strategies.
