Ernee and Jelene are the co-founders of Proptiply. They are also the Lead Property Trainers and Property Consultants.

Like everyone else, Ernee and Jelene were taught to follow the typical Singaporean way of buying a HDB, settling down and staying there forever. Despite a friend’s encouragement to build passive income as a means of wealth progression, they didn’t fully appreciate those concepts until they decided to lease out their first property for rental income. With this move, they finally understood the power of positive cashflow.

In a quest to enhance their investing knowledge, they sought the advice of coaches in Singapore and abroad. They started to acquire more good assets, leased them out and began to enjoy rental income month after month.

Ernee and Jelene fine-tuned their investment strategies and managed to scale their property portfolio aggressively. With a 5-figure passive income through rental income collected from their property portfolio, they finally managed to “retire” and drop out of the rat race, which has freed up their time signifcantly and enabled them to spend more meaningful time with their children.

Today, Ernee and Jelene own 17 Singapore properties and 2 overseas properties. They also manage 500+ Shared Space properties … and counting. They hope to inspire and help more Singaporeans to kickstart their property investing journey, enabling ordinary Singaporeans like them to finally have the time and resources to achieve their personal dreams.
